Provides analytics related to contract management and compliance. Manages and performs data analysis for assigned spend categories and/or business processes.
Performs data analysis, prepares required communications, and reports related to day to day MMIS functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains item, department, shipping, destination and customer master item files in the MMIS Responsible for editing, deleting, adding items to the item master file for all LGH entities Manage supplies and service contract database Update and maintain item master for consistency, accurate descriptions, and pricing. Provide timely build of new items. Performs cycle counts to maintain accurate on-hand balances. Act as advisor to management regarding matters on inventory control. Interact with department leaders to ensure proper stock levels are maintained on each unit. Work with accounts payable staff to resolve invoice discrepancies due to price and quantity to ensure timely payments to vendors. Build and maintain stock templates and pay levels. Assist with inventory and cycle count processes in conjunction with Materials Management Leadership Work with staff to manage the number of items and vendors Collaborate with supply chain teams, suppliers, and distributors in relation to new product evaluations and product conversions Identify, design and develop cascading metrics and supporting tools Support corporate ad hoc analysis requested by senior management Analyze current Supply Chain processes related to the MMIS and propose/implement improvements Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, demand patterns, etc.) Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions related to the MMIS Performs analysis required for value analysis projects
