The Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Analyst is the primary contact for the value analysis and product introduction to the organization. This position facilitates and oversees all aspects of the value analysis process, gathering product information and completing a financial analysis for presentation to clinical value analysis committee members which includes physicians, nurses and supply chain professionals. This opening will support the surgical services service line, clinical and/or healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Associate's degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience Section). Four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor's degree (also in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience Section). Offsetting experience must be in the field of supply chain/materials management.
Experience: Two (2) years of clinical, supply chain or finance experience. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasize on Excel spreadsheet management and PowerPoint design. Sound critical thinking skills as it relates to data analysis and contracting processes. Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
