The Senior Enterprise Client Manager will assess, plan, evaluate, and implements value analysis expense reductions for patient care and other operations according to own clinical judgment, and existing policies, procedures, protocols, and standards. As an internal consultant, this position is responsible for product and services assessments, process analysis, identification of requirements, and functional definition of planned expense reduction changes. The Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing solutions that support more efficient and effective work performance based on inherent knowledge of clinical functions and other processes. The Manager develops and manages project plans for the deployment of new and/or changes to product applications. The Manager administers product applications and serves as an educator and resource regarding functionality. This position is responsible for functioning within scope of individual education, licensure, and competence.
This position is also responsible for providing onsite representation and immediate access to all components of the Vizient Supply Chain Systems contract portfolio, maintaining the integrity of data in the local Compliance Catalog, and information related to all Vizient products and services.
This position will act as a customer advocate as well as an on-site resource to coordinate activities of the customer, Vizient and vendor community to ensure responsiveness to customer needs and goals. This will be achieved through several key job functions:
Rebate and shareback management
Communication and documentation
Customer support functions
This individual is expected to be on-site in the customer facility 4-5 days per week or as assigned by the directing client Executive.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 -7 years of experience, or combination of both – LPN or RN license required
Ability to analyze and interpret general business documents, clinical documentation, write reports and business correspondence, and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, vendors, and employees
Calculate and analyze data, calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting deadlines
Critical thinking, decision making and leadership skills
Strong conflict resolution skills are required
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in a variety of ways
Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables

Understand the priorities of the Client, Vizient and the sales goals and makes adjustments to tasks as appropriate to achieve overall objectives
Conduct in-depth discussions regarding healthcare purchasing with potential members and suppliers
Must be able to meet and establish positive working relationships with all levels of a customer’s organization, from employees of the purchasing department, to Executive level leaders
Must be able to articulate the value of Vizient products and services in multiple forms, from written and verbal communication to formal presentations
