Manager, Value Analysis / Supply – RN Required
Supply Chain Management
The Value Analysis and Supply Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the value analysis initiatives within Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. This position will be responsible for evaluating current product utilization pattern, managing new product and technology introductions and establishing standardization and compliance. The manager will work with clinicians, staff, centralized purchasing and others to facilitate standardization and cost reductions throughout health system.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required. (Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area preferred. )
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in supervision/management in healthcare required.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, medical staff and other professionals in order to engender confidence, respect and dependability preferred.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
Effective organizational skills including good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate and lead organizational restructuring and cost reduction initiatives.
Knowledgeable in management and leadership skills.
