The Director is responsible for the planning, development, and efficient operations of WVU Medicine value analysis within supply chain services across the WVU Health System (WVUHS).
The Director is also responsible for the management of the system wide value analysis department and will exercise leadership responsibility to ensuring efficient, value-driven services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, trainees, the public and staff directly, or through delegation of responsibility to staff. The Director will have leadership oversight of a team of service line specialists. The Director is responsible for all strategic and operational planning, day-to-day operations, internal/external relationship management, fiscal and personnel matters for the value analysis function.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Five to seven years of supervisory or management experience.
- Five to seven years of clinical work experience in Nursing, Laboratory Technology, Radiation Technology, or equivalent experience in the field of value analysis.
