The Director Supply Chain Site is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing an integrated supply chain across the hospital campus. Provides oversight of supply chain personnel, operations and budget for accountable areas within the organization. Responsible for building operational alliances with hospital executives, directors, clinical and support staff as it relates to successfully performing the services required. Identifies and manages supply chain risk. Development and execution of the health system's overall supply chain strategy.

Experience as Director of Supply Chain Operations or management positions. Experience in Supply Chain Logistics, Point of Use, Service Level Agreements. Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Inventory optimization and management experience. Demonstrated ability to leverage automation to streamline work flows and delivery products on time and in a cost efficient manner
Five years related experience; Five years of management/supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a business-related discipline
