The Supply Chain Technology Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of all Supply Chain Technology applications supporting Procurement, Contracting, Logistics and Central Sterile Processing. The Supply Chain Technology Manager will oversee the Solution Specialist Team, the Data and Content Team, and the Print Services Functions supported Supply Chain.
The Supply Chain Technology Manager serves as the primary contact for systems related problems and issues with technology solutions supporting supply chain. Works with the IS team to implement solutions which provide process improvement through automation and data availability. Responsible for triaging issues and finding root causes for problems and corresponding solutions in conjunction with team members from the rest of Supply Chain and IS.
This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Services and works closely with the Director of Materials Distribution and Logistics, The Director of Central Sterile Processing and HLDs, and the Director of Contracting and Procurement as well as various groups in Nursing, Finance, IT and AP.
Lead various size teams through continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify Business Process or Systems Gaps and Inefficiencies and deploys individuals or teams to implement improvements related to Supply Chain.
Develop and Support knowledge transfer for process changes, system implementations, and best practices.
Partners with leadership in the other Supply Chain departments to provide progressive support for systems, data, and recommendations on solutions for complex business challenges.
Serve as a liaison for our Technology Partners including Workday, Par Excellence, Kardex Remstar, Medline, and Qlik among others supporting periodic operational reviews.
Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship for the Solution Specialist, Content, and the Print Management Team
Actively develops KPIs and Strategies to improve overall functional and technical knowledge of the group.
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS:
Develop and assist in the management of Strategies which improve the overall functioning of Supply Chain Operations through the use of Technology and Analytics
Support the Supply Chain areas of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance Procure-to-Pay, Materials Distribution, Receiving, Inventory Management and Patient Charge Capture with a focus in Materials Management.
Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with other functional departments and business colleagues from various business units in the hospital.
Coordinate and support all other documentation including, Supply Chain procedures, training documentation, and test scripts.

Leads team of resources supporting Supply Chain Systems Through level 2 and 3 incident management and resolution.
Serve as subject matter expert auxiliary Supply Chain solutions such as Spend Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
Coordinates periodic maintenance and upgrade testing and implementation processes as required.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Eight (8) years of experience in performing systems analysis and/or business process analysis in a complex healthcare or industry environment with specific experience in Procurement, Materials Management, and Logistics environments.
