Description:
Manages a portfolio of BHSF contracts as assigned by management. Makes independent decisions and takes actions involving various degrees of complexity, in the management and analysis of various BHSF contracting areas, which have a direct impact on Baptist Health's financial well being. Responsible for ongoing analysis and review of assigned contracts. Assures goods and services are incorporated into a contractual commitment as appropriate to drive the best value for the organization. Monitors and enforces contract compliance by resolving sourcing, pricing and related contract issues while ensuring terms and conditions are upheld. Manage supplier relationships, data collection, and analytics of all contracts and capital purchases. Interpret, implement and adheres to laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to the area of responsibility. Estimated salary range for this position is $62974.07 - $81866.29 / year depending on experience.

Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree and 3 years supply chain experience, healthcare preferred.
Educational requirements may be substituted with documented experience in contracting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
