Job Summary
Provides leadership and direct supervision to Supply Chain Services Information Systems / Business Intelligence (BI) staff. Ensures all Supply Chain Information Systems and Supply Chain Enabled Logistics Tools are managed to provide efficient and accurate transactions. Conducts auditing activities and reporting to demonstrate compliance with all applicable Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Job Duties
- Develops and maintains advanced knowledge of Supply Chain operations and systems technical and functional capabilities.
- Investigates and proposes new technology and approaches that will ensure every resource allocated, every dollar invested and every application in development or production meets or exceeds the previous year’s business objectives on a continuous basis.
- Responsible for the implementation, development, expansion, resource management and administration of Supply Chain Information Systems as well as transformational business integration solutions and streamlined product delivery systems.
- Performs HR functions including, but not limited to: job descriptions, performance evaluations, recruitment, selection, hiring, development, training, mentoring, promoting and disciplining as required for all Supply Chain Information Systems and Business Intelligence (BI) staff.
- Provides staff education to ensure competency.
- Assures adequate backup support exists for all BI work functions, as needed, including on-call duties.
- Facilitates the development of appropriate BI policies and procedures required to support and sustain Supply Chain business operations including maintenance of the SCS Support Manual.
- Assists in the integration of any mergers or acquisitions specific to Supply Chain policies and procedures.
- Develops, implements, and maintains Supply Chain operational processes, work flows and analysis, business systems evaluation and design..
- Leads team planning including requirements gathering, process design, program communication, change management, system configuration, installation, test case management and issue management efforts related to procurement technology applications including management review and acceptance.
- Develops audit plans that ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual, state and federal requirements and creates and maintains reports in accordance with those practices followed within the general operation of the Internal Audit Department specific to audit outcomes and presents findings with defined audit criteria to allow for management action plans to be created in response to deficiencies to ensure compliance.
- Reviews the systems established to assure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations and reports in determining whether the supply chain is in compliance.
- Responsible for the coordination and oversight of Supply Chain System compliance measures by identifying the key control points of the assigned areas being audited, and obtaining, analyzing, and appraising evidentiary data and other available information as a basis for an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy of effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the assigned areas being audited.
- Provides accurate and timely reports from all major SC systems as requested.
- Provides quarterly reviews for the P-Card process and the Model Audit Rule.
- Develops and coordinates departmental and project budgets, timelines, schedules and assignments to ensure tasks are performed accurately and timelines are achieved.

Position Details
*This is a Work from Home position with a travel requirement on-site approximately once a quarter.
*Previous experience with ERP (Infor Lawson, Workday) is preferred.
